Order
Sending files
Before sending your file, attach them in a folder, create a ZIP or RAR file and send them through the order form. If You have to send a unique file the zipping is not necessary. If You have problems with the speed of upload You could communicate us the file where we’ll download it.
Delivery time
The standard delivery is expected within 18 hours. However from the order acceptance we’ll indicate precisely the time required for the achievement of your project.
The PSD offices are open from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 18:30, from Monday to Friday.
What is this for?

When should I pay?
If you submit an order, you are not obligated to make any payment.

Is it possible to require a refund?
The repayment will be paid in the folowing cases:
- Your cancellation is required before the beginning of work,
- Before the delivery, if it is not removed within the right time,
- Our inability to deliver the work.
